CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Zumba® Fitness

Zumba is a fast-paced cardio fitness class featuring latin and international music and dance-influenced movements.   My Zumba classes show modifications of steps so that participants can customize their movements based on intensity preferences.

Zumba® Gold

Zumba Gold is a low-impact, low-intensity cardio fitness class, featuring latin and international music and dance-influenced movements.  Zumba Gold is perfect for the beginner, or for those who wish to take things a little slower.

Aqua Zumba®

Aqua Zumba brings the party to the pool!  Same music you love on land, but movements modified for the aquatic environment.  Perfect cross-training option on those days when you want to give your joints a break from the impact of land-based exercise.

Zumba® Toning

Using 1.5 lb toning sticks, Zumba Toning classes are designed to improve muscular endurance through freqent repetitions of upper body movements with light resistance.
